Wellspring Wholistic Counseling Services

Wellsping is a church supported, non-profit counseling service located in the FRHS Clinic building in Freeman.

The wholistic concept of Wellspring is support for each individual’s physical, emotional and social well-being.  Wellspring provides a supportive environment by empowering the individual and his or her family to experience safe, productive and positive life changes.


Counselors are available for sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 am-5 pm by appointment.

Uthe-Burow, Celeste (Wellspring)

Celeste Uthe-Burow, LMFT; LPC
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Licensed Professional Counselor
• Professor at Augustana University and Counseling Program Director.
• Works with children through adults.
• 36 combined years of experience as a counselor and educator/administrator.
• Specialties include: Utilizing play therapy; family therapy; marriage/relationship therapy; career changes and issues; anxiety, depression, and grief.
• Celeste lives in Harrisburg SD

Robideau, Nicole (Wellsrping)

Nicole Robideau, MSW, CSW-PIP, QMPH
• Private practice owner of In Focus Counseling, LLC
• 7 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Licensed to diagnose and treat mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
• A clinical social worker helps patients develop strategies to change behavior or cope with difficult situations and refer patients to other resources or services, such as support groups or other mental health professionals.
