The Wellspring Board of Directors has announced the hiring of Lori Williamson as the new counselor for Wellspring, a church supported non-profit counseling service located in the Rural Medical Clinic building in Freeman.
Lori replaces Kathy Sazama who had been the Wellspring Counselor for five years.
The wholistic concept of Wellspring is support for each individual's physical, emotional and social well-being. Wellspring provides a supportive environment by empowering the individual and his or her family to experience safe, productive and positive life changes.
Wellspring's Licensed Counselor Lori Williamson is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Level 3 Chemical Dependency Counselor. She specializes in helping people who are searching for ways to make their lives more meaningful. She has found that many families have been touched by addiction in one way or another. Williamson is able to help families work through the pain that addiction causes.
Williamson's specialties include Depression, Mood Disorders and Addictions.
