The goal in life is to die young—as late as possible.”

“Seven years”:  That’s the answer.  Those who adopt healthier behaviors not only live seven years longer on average, but also do not suffer as much disability.

The question:  “Does our lifestyle really make any difference in how long we live?”

Make a Resolution to Live Young - Live Well

Take the Test

This fall complete the RealAge test at www.realage.com.  You’ll find out whether your body is biologically older, younger or the same as your calendar age.

Make a Few Changes

Over the coming months, do a few things to promote your own wellness and longevity. Start by setting goals to “hold back the clock.”  See if you can knock off a year in your biological age by next spring.

Next Spring

Re-take the test and join with others in the community to celebrate a "year-younger" birthday.
